How do I know if ImaginGO works?
ImaginGO offers a teacher-friendly Creative Thinking assessment (Rubric) as part of the ImaginGO platform. Like everything ImaginGO does, we made it simple to use yet effective in assessing student Creative Thinking performance.
Based off of 25 Creative Thinking standards, the ImaginGO Rubric enables teachers to identify students’ approaches and content that have never been created or tried before. Guidance is provided so teachers can look for unique solutions and content which incorporates problem solving and communication skills such as:
- Emerging
- Developing
- Thriving
- Achieved

Other Creative Assessment
If your school, district or state needs further Creative Thinking evaluation/assessment then PISA and Torrance assessment testing may be necessary. Many of the concepts of these national and internationally recognized test are built into the ImaginGO Creative Thinking Rubric.
PISA
The PISA 2022 Creative Thinking assessment measures students’ capacity to engage productively in the generation, evaluation and improvement of ideas that can result in original and effective solutions, advances in knowledge, and impactful expressions of imagination.
Torrance
Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) – are the most widely used tests of their kind. The Torrance tests consist of relatively simple verbal and figural tasks that involve divergent thinking plus other problem-solving skills.
TTCT invite examinees to draw and give a title to their drawings (pictures) or to write questions, reasons, consequences and different uses for objects (words). These instruments have been used for identification of the creatively gifted and as a part of gifted matrices in states and districts in the USA, especially in multicultural settings, and for special populations around the world.
