Kathleen Fox, CEO

Kathleen is a creative education guru who brings her teaching, learning and entrepreneurial experience to ImaginGO. She uses her experience to set the direction of ImaginGO and is intimately involved in designing ImaginGO’s creative content and curriculum.

Kathleen received her BA in education from Clemson University. Her initial teaching positions were in rural and underserved schools in the South. This made a huge impact on Kathleen’s passion for improving the ways educators connect with students.  

Kathleen has over 30 years of teaching experience. She is the author of several professional development books for educators, a dozen educational games, as well as two non-fiction books for children.

Her national workshop Kick-start Your Creativity has helped thousands of people enhance their creative thinking.

Fran Mauney, Education Technology

For over 30 years, Fran has brought her academic and technical expertise to elementary education. Her unique mixture of educational experience, learning methodologies and knowledge of the educational technology market makes her a much-sought-after consultant and keynote speaker in education.

Fran taught 1st and 2nd grade for 25 years, then trained teachers how to use technology in the classroom for 6 years. Fran worked at SYNNEX Corporation representing Intel Education and led the education practice at SYNNEX and later their IoT program.

Currently, Fran is an Academic Project Specialist for Greenville County Schools. She works with the Executive Director of Academic Innovation and Technology and the Associate Superintendent of Academics. She is the Data Project Manager for Middle and High Schools Read 180 program, the Site Director for Bosch BEST Teacher Grants, and works with the leadership team of Summer Academy to provide professional development to all teachers in GCS Schools. 

Fran is married and has 2 sons and a precious granddaughter. Fran and her 98-year-old mother have an online ministry called Frankie’s Encouraging Words where they share her mother’s words of wisdom weekly.  

John Fox, Creative Technology

John is a highly imaginative business professional and innovator. He has over 25 years of experience fusing creativity and technology to develop new businesses and products.

In the mid 2000’s, John built up his own creative technology company (John Fox Studios) attracting companies such as Microsoft and supporting numerous startups (StreetCred.com, BodyBlocks). Later he brought his innovation-focused experience to Fortune 500 companies (SAP and Accenture).

Douglas Solomon, Business Development

Douglas possesses proven business development and marketing/branding expertise, as demonstrated through 2 successful start-up ventures. He provides 30 years of experience in representing top-tier brands for Early Childhood, Public K12 and Private K12 markets.
